Moby wrap

Did you wash your moby wrap? Should I wash it with my clothes or with some of babys things?

    I would wash it for sure...it's going to be all over your baby and your clothes.

    I made mine myself out of some jersey fabric from Joanns so I definitely washed mine from the manufacturing ick. 

    I'm not sure how you should wash it though....things may get tangled in it because it is so long.

    What are the washing instructions for my Moby Wrap?
     
    The Moby Wrap is easy to clean. Prewashing before first use is recommended. You can machine wash your Moby Wrap in cold water and air-dry or tumble dry on low. Your Moby Wrap may shrink slightly in the dryer, but will stretch out again after being worn. Please note that the Moby d hand-woven cotton is not color fast and should be washed separately, or with like colors. Moby d Wraps with silk should be washed and handled gently. Washing instructions are located on the back of the Moby tag sewn into your Moby Wrap.

    I washed mine in with other baby items (i.e., changing pad covers, boppy cover) that were also dark colored (I have an orange Moby).  I used the same detergent I will be using for CD and LO clothes.

    I washed mine because I put my dogs inside of it.  I honestly don't know if I would've had I not done that.  I washed everything else though...
