what's your eating schedule? before pregnancy i dont eat at least an hour before exercising. im afraid now that doing this when i go back to the gym next week (where i plan to just exercise for 45 mins max), may affect my supply. I currently pump every three hours. your responses/advice will be highly appreciated. TIA!

    here's my answer:

    you should be fine to follow that same eating schedule and it won't affect your supply. what you may notice though is that you'll be STARVING afterward, more so than ever before.

    i used to work out at lunch when i was working, and even though i was pumping, i still wouldn't eat right before going to the gym since i didn't want to risk feeling sick.

    as long as your calorie intake is enough, your body will produce enough milk and won't affect anything.
