Stalking from Trouble TTC - Question

Hello everyone! I've been reading a lot of posts on this board and the Trouble TTC board and I'm wondering if there are any Clomid succes stories here? There seems to be a lot of IUI and IVF success stories...but I'm looking for a little hope with the Clomid cycle that I'm starting.

Married 10/2007
Started TTC 2009
03/2010 Exploratory Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, D&C, HSG and Ovarian Drilling - All clear, except blocked Fallopian Tubes?
02/2011 HSG - All clear!
03/2011 Diagnosed Annovulatory
03/2011 Prometrium 200mg then Clomid 50mg - BFP!!
DD born 12/15/2011
11/2012-12/1012 Prometrium 200mg then Clomid 50mg - BFP!!

    Hi, I think most ladies on here are IUI and IVF success...but for what it's worth I have a friend IRL that tried for 8 months to get pregnant and then did 2 rounds of Clomid with timed intercourse and got pregnant on round 2.

    Thank you! This is very encouraging. I hope to hear more stories like your friend's. Or maybe be one of them...

    I'm a lurker, and wanted to respond! My Dx was immature eggs/egg quality. I did one round of 50mg Clomid and got pregnant on the first cycle. I have a good friend who conceived after 6 mos on clomid. So, there are success stories!!

    I did get pg after 2 rounds of clomid paired with IUI. Because we were dealing with MFI the IUI was necessary. I don't have a known diagnosis so I don't know if thr clomid was the reason for success or the IUI. Good luck.

    My Clomid cycles were never successful but that's because we finally learned that my eggs don't mature on their own (plus DH has MFI issues).

    A friend of mine got pg with twins on Clomid though! GL

    Not for me.  I was on it for 6 months and then 3 months + IUI.  I only say this because I think it was too long.  I really needed injectables and IVF and we had success.  I would give it a couple months, then maybe a couple IUIs, it doesn't seem like 6mos just clomid, or 5+ IUIs are better than fewer.  To me, if it's going to work, it does, and if not, move on.

    Just my personal experience, and not to be Debbie downer, I just wish we had moved on earlier.
