Bump Error... Has anyone dealt with this?

in Pregnant after a Loss

Okay, so the Bump won't let me go into "My Profile" at all... I can't update my siggy, check my PMs, nothing.  Whenever I click on a click to go to "My Profile", this is what I get.

Has anyone had to deal with this??  Or have a suggestion?  I have tried to log out and back in, updating from the Knot and Nest, and using a different browser.

Okay, another completely stupid question... How do I email the Bump people to fix this?  You would think that this would be easy enough, but I keep looking for a link on the home page that says "contact us" and I can't find anything.  

TIA for any help!!

    It is because of the "*" in your screenname.  Unfortunately, the bump gods don't know when they will have this fixed but I think you have to email them to see if they can take out the stars out of your screenname or change it.  Sorry!

    ETA:  The email address for the bump gods is community@thebump.com
