I am so so excited, I'm getting a new phone for the first time in, oh, 4 or 5 years! This is what I had before, I could call, and text, and that's about it.
I am getting the brand new HTC Inspire on Tuesday when finally ships to the store and I have to say I am pretty intimidated since I've never used anything but the "archaic" really basic phone. Any cool apps I should get? Anything else cool about the android phones that I should know before I try to figure out how this thing works?

Also, I've always been a big fan of the Opera Mini browser, but then I discovered the Miren browser which is super neat. It has tabbed browsing and pages load a lot faster. It's my new default.

I have the Zoo app installed and DD loves it - she always asks to "look at animals."
I have the Kindle app too, and Google Books.
I just downloaded the Couch to 5K application (c25k lite) by Guy Hoffman - it will play an alert tone when it's time to change pace based on the couch to 5k training program.
Awesome! I am going to start c25k again this spring so this would be perfect. I'll definitely have to check the zoo app too, DD is obsessed with animals right now.
