YAAAAYYY! Lost my mucas plug :D

I know it doesn't really mean anything concrete but it makes me feel like I am progressing and maybe - just maybe I won't be pregnant forever!

I had an appt at 39w3d last Thursday where my OB said she wanted to do an internal cause I haven't had any contractions or labor signs or anything. I was going to refuse internals but I was tired that day and said "fine whatever". She said I was 1cm dilated 50% effaced posterior. Today at 39w6d I was wiping after a pee and saw about a tablespoon of clear gelatinous stuff on the tp. There was no blood or coloration what so ever it was just one big clump of what looked like sticky stirred jello. MUCH thicker than discharge. My OBGYN says that the mucus plug can and continues to regenerate so it's not a clear indicator that anything will happen anytime soon but my mom lost hers on a Saturday morning and had me Sunday afternoon so I am going to keep hoping this is a sign!

    Congrats! I know this may be TMI, but after I lost my mucous plug with DD #3 I had intercourse and went into labor that night. Just a thought. Here's hoping!

    Congrats!  I've been losing mine in pieces for the past 2 days!

     Here's hoping we get to meet our LOs soon!

    too bad DH refuses to do the deed with me. What a jerk! I think he's scared of hurting LO. I will remember this uncooperative attitude when I'm skinny and hot again someday!!! DENIED!
