  Isn't it amazing how great a nap can make you feel??  I took one yesterday while DS and DD were napping and DS actually slept for 2.5 hours.  I felt like a brand new woman when I woke up!

  Naps are the best!  We try to take a family nap on most mornings when I'm off (and not working the night before).  H falls asleep on my lap (his head on my lap) and DD falls asleep on my chest.  We're all snuggly together and it makes me melt on the inside!  Glad you got a nice nap!!
