I'm here! D4L1 30DS... It is getting easier, but I am trying to push myself. Definitely seeing results!
Shugs- where are you in the C25K program? I did a similar one a few years ago and it felt great when I was just able to go out for a "run" after I was done! Unfortunately, I got sidelined with work. Now that I am a SAHM, I am thinking of starting up again...any links to the program?

I am thinking of restarting 30DS tonight. I got through about a week a few months ago but just started to lose the motivation.
I also was looking at starting C25K. I just printed out the treadmill schedule.
I just need to do something. DS is 8 months old now and I have about 30lbs I would like to lose. I don't know why it's so hard to get the motivation to workout. I am so tired of how I look though.

Hey. I am on the last workout of week 6. Week 7 starts for me on Thursday and there are no more walk/run intervals. It's only full runs from here on out. This program has done wonders for me. No lie - in the beginning, it was really hard for me to jog 1 minute. I just did 20 minutes straight a few days ago and I did it no problem. I am following this program on the treadmill. I like how they put it in minutes for treadmill users so you don't have to calculate as you are running. I just have the schedule printed and its on the treadmill.

I totally hear you. I had to hit my "rock bottom" and then I kicked myself into gear. I started with the 30 Day Shred. After a week or so of doing that, I started adding in the C25K also. I'm still running and have started another one of Jillian's dvds.
You can do it. Start back up, think positive, eat healthier and your motivation to look and feel better will follow.
Surprisingly I am sticking with it. I am one week into the 30DS and no longer want to die during the workouts. I felt like I was getting bored with level 1 so I moved onto level 2 so I can rotate the workouts. It helped me to not get too bored and not do it. I love that its only 20ish minutes, no reason to skip it!!
I had started C25K but with the impact from the 30DS I had to stop that for now. I am hoping once the 30 days are over I can start again. My knees just hurt way too bad. And hopefully by then it will be nicer out and still light out so I can run when DH gets home from work.
I feel like I am starting to feel stronger. I notice I am standing up straighter and that feels good. My last pregnancy really did a number on my "abs" and hopefully I can get back to better shape.
