For the art, I just gut the animals off the bumper, hot glued them to a coordinating background fabric. Then I hot glued that to the insert to an acrylic photo frame...(https://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/acrylic-box-frame-906826/). Then I hot glued coordinating ribbon to the cardboard insert to cover the ugly edges of the background fabric, and squeezed it back into the frame. Hope it turns out for you : )
