We're not going until Oct (DS will be 26months then, I'm going to post on 24+ too) but we're looking to buy a new stroller, and that will be the stroller we take to WDW. DH says I can spend around $150 (really want a city mini but oh well). Any suggestions on a stroller? Needs to be somewhat lightweight. Considering the Chicco Liteway, my only concern is it doesn't have a parent console or snack/cup holder for DS. We bought a Jeep stroller not too long ago from WM for like $50 but I was so used to how nice my Chicco travel system stroller was I just don't like it. So do ya'll think the snack tray is a must? Also, thinking we'll just take a backpack and put over handles, bc most baskets just aren't very big, but does anyone have suggestions on another type of bag? Sorry this is so long. Thanks for the help!

Re: For those that have taken LO to Disney
I think the City Mini's are great if you can get one get it! We took our Bugaboo to Disney and were so happy that we took our nice stroller- it was a dream to push and DD was so happy in it, I don't understand how parents are comfortable pushing around a child in a cheap umbrella stroller- they don't even look confortable all humped over pushing it, becasuse the handles are too short. Our stroller doesnt have a snack tray- which doesnt bother me becasue DD does not need to be eating all the time. Most high end strollers do not have a snack tray- I don't know why it just seems to be a common thing.
As for the backback- see if you can get stroller straps- I have stroller snaps that snap onto my diaper bag allowing it to hook onto the bar of the stroller, which then leaves the underneath basket for other things.
How is the basket? I've looked at it in the store but never tried to put anything in it. Is it big enough to put a bag in or you need to put bag over handles? Thanks!
Since we took our Bugaboo (which was not cheap) we bought a stroller lock- we got it a BRU- it's shaped like a monkey and has a code- we just locked it up to a bench or something when we were on the rides- we had no issues and I was not worried about someone stealing my stroller.

It isn't huge but how much room can you really expect from an umbrella type stroller. We have a medium size diaper bag and we are able to put it under there but I prefer to hang it over the handles just to make it easier to access and then leave room for other things in the basket, I think would be preferable for a trip like Disney. Something that is pretty cool about the basket is that you can remove it and it becomes a backpack type bag. I think taking it on and off would be a pain but it gives you the option to slide smaller things inside of it (sunblock and such) to keep them from falling out when you pull other things out of the basket.
I have done this before and the stroller was the city mini. I was SO clean. If I didn't know I would think that it was new. I have a city mini so I wanted the same stroller when we went away
I actually saw this stroller on Babie R Us righ after I posted this, I love it! I want to find one around here to see it in person, but it has become my top choice!
We're buying one either way. I had looked at that website but DH didn't want to spend $80 to rent one for a week when we can buy one for a little more. Great option though!
I have a single Maclaren Techno but those aren't in your price range. The Mac Volo might be though. I don't think you need a snack tray for a 2yo. At that age they can hold a baggie of snacks, use a snack trap or just hold granola bars, breakfast bars ect in their hand. The sippy can just sit alongside them. We went last May. I brought a double Maclaren for our trip and was worried a little about it getting stolen, but we had no problems. I don't think its common. I kind of ended up wishing that I had just rented through Orlando stroller rentals which a previous poster commented about. They offer 2 different types of Baby Joggers...the classic and mini I think. And those strollers just fold so easily. It depends if you need yours in the airport though! A backpack will work great!
