  Mine is 12hrs away, she should be here 2wks before EDD. She is pretty calm, I'm the one that's nervous she won't be here in time. I've got my fingers crossed.

  I can totally relate. Because I've been to L&D twice my mom is now a paranoid mess. I've reassured her that doctors are confident I will go to term but the damage has been done. She gets totally freaked out if I don't pick up the phone or if I call at a time outside of the norm. It's kind of cute, and I appreciate she's so concerned, but I could really do without the 6:30am phone calls asking if everything on because she just had a nightmare about me and LO.

  Awww that's so cute though My mom says she sleeps with her phone on the charger right by her side so she's ready for when I call her (she's my backup ride if DH can't get out of work to drive me).

  Hahaha, I called my grandmother whom I speak to maybe once a month to invite her to my shower (Pregnancy brain fail) and the first words out of her mouth were "Did you have the baby?!?"

  My mom's starting to panic and she lives next door!  The other day I left my cell in the laundry room and missed her to calls as she was coming home.  She came straight to my house "because I had her really worried".

  My mom and sister are doing the same thing.  Pretty much everytime I call one of them, the first thing they say is, "are you in labor"?  It's fairly amusing.
