Boston Classes

Hey Boston Mamas!

I'm 25 weeks and expecting our first baby girl in May! My husband and I have been taking classes through Isis Parenting located in the Prudential Building... I wanted to let you all know that they've been excellent!

The team at Isis is very nuturing and supportive - their classes were very helpful and I highly recommend them to all. :)

I've taken so far: Infant CPR, Natural Childbirth, and Newborn Essentials... my next class is Breastfeeding in April

    Thanks for the review. I plan on taking a birthing class through ISIS too. Do they mainly do them out of the Pru or do they also do them at the Brookline location? Also, for the birthday class, how long was it?

    I just wanted to add to this that I highly recommend their new mom class called Great Beginnings.  I took it with my son when he was 4 weeks old.  It was extremely helpful to hear from other new moms in my same position.  Plus, it was a good way to get comfortable getting out of the house on my own that early.  I also met some great friends and over a year later we are still taking Isis classes together.

    they have many different locations to take these classes... andover, needham, the pru... just go to the Isis Parenting website and it will tell you class locations...

     the natural birth course that I took was a two day course with Jalynn the instructor - it was amazing! got a load of information - lots of different things to think about and consider.. she went over all types of techniques and possibilities... I highly recommend it

    Hi Ladies - glad you've liked the classes I've been hesitant because they are sooo expensive. Maybe I will reconsider.

    Are all of these locations similar in size or are some bigger than others (hence have more classes)?
