What bottles do you use? With DD, I used Dr. Brown's bottles and she took to them without a problem. DS seems to get frustrated with the Dr Brown nipples, so I'm thinking of trying out another kind of bottle. Any suggestions?
I give up trying to get a ticker. I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome. Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself. Hmmm. How about...

We tried tommee tippee and it was too fast for her- she ended up covered in milk every time. So, we are now using drop-ins, and they are wonderful. We also used them with DS, and loved them. I was trying to cut back by not having to buy the drop-ins this time- but they work really well for us.
We use Tommee Tippee... after he caught on to the latch he had a bit of trouble, but keeping him more upright seems to work. I have high supply and fast flow, so that might have helped with the flow from the bottle.
I have some Dr Browns, but the system intimidated me... might try it eventually...
We use the Medela bottles that came with the Medela PISA pump. We also use the Soothie bottles, which all 3 of my children have preferred over any other type of nipple. Besides mine, anyway.
A friend of mine just gave me 4 of them today but I haven't tried them yet. Kinda disappointed that they wont screw directly into my pump (Medela) but I might to go out and get the adapter if DS likes them.

Don't let it intimidate you! It looks scarier than it is :-)
I had such luck using them with DD, and she never had gas problems at all. They were a lifesaver after trying about 4 different kinds of bottles. I would recommend them to anyone to at least try them out, especially if your LO tends to take in too much air.

Thanks! I will give them a go tomorrow... he is having gas issues, although more with the breast than the bottle I think...
DS seems to like the Nuk nipple the best, but will take the Dr. Browns. I like the Nuk and the flow/ nipple make it more like he is nursing. Plus there are less parts.
I bought Tommee Tippee colic bottles while I was PG. They are ok, but not great. Lots of parts to wash and milk gets stuck at the collar so it is hard for LO to get the last if the milk out. Was going to try Nuk but two of my friends suggested Playtex Ventaire Wide and we really like them. The vent system is pretty cool and I like the curved bottle.
Re: BFing moms who also pump...
DS was the epitome of picky with a bottled and we finally got him to take the Playtex drop-ins with a latex nipple.
DD will take anything that has breast milk coming out of it!
Right now, we are using the Medela nipple that came with the pump.
