jillian michaels 30 day shred...

has anybody done this?

what were your results?

i need to lose this baby weight & tone up! i cant exercise for 2.5 more weeks though so im trying to find something i can do once im cleared to exercise! any advice about the 30 day shred is greatly appreciated .... thanks in advance :)

  • Hi!  If you scroll down the board and go back pages, you will see daily check ins for the Shred.  There were quite a few of us doing it and a few doing it now.

    I recently finished the Shred.  I did it every single day without falter for 34 days.  I did not lose any weight unfortunetly but I did lose 5.5 inches and 1.5% bodyfat.  My body is much more toned.  I can even see muscles in my arms and legs I've never really seen before.  My strength and endurance has also greatly improved.

    If you want to tone up, this is the workout.  However - if you are only going to be 6 weeks PP, it may be more of a challenge.  I couldn't have done it that soon.

    Either way though - it's an amazing dvd and so worth it.

  • I also did it and LOVED LOVED LOVED it!  I have convinced all my friends and family to jump on the bandwagon.  I lost close to 10 pounds and I lost serious inches from my thighs (4.5 from each), waist (more than 5), and my rear is in a new zip code.  Do it!
  • I did it, and did not see a dramatic difference. I joined the gym and lost 45lbs over the past year. I've heard it either really works for people, or it doesn't. It just didn't work for me.
