Joining this board

Hello all! 

H & I are ready to TTC #2 but since I was a little over weight before #1 I want to slim down before I put my body through that again (: Pre-Preg I was 195, right now I'm about 190, and I'm hoping to be at 170/160 before getting PG again. AND I'm hoping to do this before June. Yes, Crazy I know. :) Anyway, I'm just looking for a little extra motivation and I figured this would be the best spot. DH is a fitness/health freak so I can't keep up with him when he works out and so I hide in shame when I'm exercising. I'm currently about 1/2 way through doing the 30 Day Shred DVD, and after I plan on trying out the Couch to 5K program, since I really want to get into running again, or at the very least jogging. Just thought I would introduce myself! Can't wait to get healthier with all of you!
