9 weeks and lower back pain

in Pregnant after a Loss
Anyone have any lower back pain around this time frame?  Just yesterday and today my back hurts a little, hope this doesn't mean anything bad is happening, ugh stressful

     I have been having  lower back pain off and on. Taking a hot shower or using a heating pad helps. And from what I have read it is common to have all these aches and pains.

    totally normal... welcome to pregnancy. ?I hate to say it but it's only gotten worse for me especially at night. ?Yoga helps as do pre natal massages and quick massages from DH. ?Hang in there!?

    Oh good glad you said it was normal.  It hurts, like I pulled something but I have a 2 year old and I carry him some, not too much, maybe that is the problem.  I am so scared was sitting here thinking I was having a miscarriage or something,  Thanks for responding.  Going to be a long 10 months for me, driving myself crazy.
