  the one that is made by traditional medicinals should be able to be found in the natural section of a grocery store. That said, I've never found it at festival and never looked at cub, but I did find it at rainbow. I believe their website has a store locator. 

  There is also one made by earth mama angel baby and I got that one at BRU.

  My Cub carries it - they don't stock it with the 'regular' tea though.  Look in the 'natural' section

  Target carries the Traditional Medicinals line.  I'm pretty sure I've found it there.

   

  I've definitely found it at Rainbow, and I'm pretty sure I've found it at Cub.

  North Memorial hospital also carries it in their lactation boutique.
