  Is this GA baby and kids?  If so I bought my crib there and Noah's bunk bed there.  Love both items.  I don't think that was a policy when I bought there.  My friends own A Room of their own in Kennesaw (ask for Leslie or Scott) and they will take great care of you there.  Might be worth a look.  FWIW I bought baby's dream furniture and at the time they were exclusively sold at GA baby and Kids.  I am not sure if that is still the case.

  I believe the Norcross store is called the baby's room. We looked there but they were pretty pricey. I would look at GA baby and kids I think they have a wider selection.

  Since you said they're bad to work with, I did some more googling and found quote a few detailed bad reviews. I think I'd better stay away.

  We bought our older son's furniture at A Baby's Room in Norcross and had a great experience.  Good prices and excellent service.  They didn't sell the brand I wanted for our 2nd or we would have gone back.

  We bought my daughter's nursery furniture there a couple of years ago (which is now my son's furniture) and had a great experience.  I think they were GA Baby at the time we went there.  The girl we worked with was very nice and I like the quality of the furniture we bought.  We got the Cocoon brand which is a sister company to Baby's Dream.  We also bought our crib mattress from there which was the Colgate brand that was top rated by baby bargains.

  We bought our son's furninture from The Baby's Room of Norcross in February of 2009. It took 7 months to get and they were never willing to help us on the delivery status. They would always direct us to the manufacturer. We had found out last year that the color furniture my son had was being discontinued so we wanted to purchase extra pieces to finish the collection. I contacted them to order the pieces and they were unwilling to help. I called the Baby's Room in Kennesaw and they were amazing. They were able to locate the pieces for us and didn't even give us a hassle. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

  Georgia Baby is on the I-85 access road.  They have a big selection of furniture but I wasn't impressed with the sales people.

  I would highly recommend A Room of Their Own in Kennesaw (it used to be called Baby's Room in Kennesaw) https://aroomoftheirown.com/

  We ordered our nursery furniture from them and they couldn't have been nicer and more professional.   (Note: this is a different company than Baby's Room in Norcross, the Norcross store has a decent selection but a bad reputation. I wonder if the Kennesaw store changed their name to avoid the confusion)

  The norcross store is horrible,  I ordered furniture in June, the ownership changed with no notice and I didnt get my furniture until November, I am still waiting for a piece to arrive after I called numerous times.
