feeling surreal

Does anyone else feel like pregnancy is so surreal yet?

I've been thinking about this a lot today (probably because it is way slow at work today) and was thinking how fast it goes and that there really is a baby growing in there! Sometimes I have to remind myself about what Im eating and so forth! Hopefully at my appt on Tuesday I can calm down again!!

    Yep, I'm feeling the same way. Hearing the heartbeat has made it seem more real, but I still just can't wrap my head around the fact that I'm growing a new person inside of me or that my H and I will be parents!

    I agree. I've wanted to be a mom my entire life and now that it's really happening I feel like it's all a dream that I'm gonna wake up one day and it'll all be gone.
