I parked in a 15 minute only spot at the mall today and I had no intention of only being 15 minutes. In my defense the lot as full and it was snowing.

    Where's it snowing? I'm in Denver and the ground was wet when I went to let out the dog this morning, but that was waaay before mall hours. Is it headed southeast? Clearly I didn't go up to Boulder to work today.

    I was at the Flatirons Mall - it was snow/hailing but had cleared up by the time I got to the car.

    Meh. I don't really understand those 15 minute spots. I mean, they're different than the yellow zone loading spots, so...

    This is probably really and seriously flameworthy, but my DH has a handicapped placard because he has a defibrillator inserted in his chest due to a previous heart incident and even though he has had no incidents of any kind in almost 15 years, he still qualifies for the placard.  And I use it when I go out shopping all the time.

    I do try not to use it if there aren't other handicapped spots available or if there is another spot that is close by, but otherwise, I take advantage of it. I feel kind of like a jerk for doing it but I do it anyway.

    It wasn't a handicapped spot or even an expectant mother spot at BRU. No sweat.

    Oh, and Robyn, I did that today with Elmo. The constant need of me...I just needed a break.
