I think I'm a terrible sister

So my brother called me from his rehab (there to hopefully get on track with managing his bi polar after being jailed several times) he tells me he met a girl in rehab who he thinks is hot and she's 'flirting' with him.

Ever since he started dating (like 14) my entire family had been worried about him KU some girl. When he got married (some drug induced haze, no meds, crazy woman) we worried because his wife flaunted she was TTC. They were both high 100% of the time. My mother told me that she didn't think she could handle another baby on top of raising my sisters.

So every time he dates a girl I pray that all the weed has killed his men. He is in no shape to have kids, nor are any of the girls he dates.

And even though I know there are bipolar people who live productive lives and I hope he starts one soon and does eventually get his family, I worry about him producing a kid now.

Well I can tell you that being a product of an unmedicated, bi-polar parent is no picnic. Many times I had wished someone had knocked some sense into my idiot parents before they got knocked-up at 19 being as unprepared as they were. I think you're a great sister for worrying about him like that and I only hope you let him know your concerns.
