I was at a light waiting to turn onto Kellogg and there were some kids and an adult waiting at the crosswalk to cross Kellogg. There were 2 kids that were maybe 6 or so, an older woman, and a kid who was maybe 10 or 11 (btw,I'm horrible at guessing the age of older kids so I could be way off). The 2 younger kids were holding the woman's hands. The older boy just started walking across Kellogg, never mind it was 5:30 on a weeknight and the light was green. He made it nearly all the way across the street, turned around and then laid down in the middle of the street. He laid there for at least 30 seconds, all the while cars are whizzing by him. The lady with him was dealing with the younger kids, but then finally snapped to attention and started screaming her head off. He finally got up and walked to the opposite side of the street, smirking the entire time.
I am still in shock.
