It first came in while I was in the hospital (day 2 I think) but I didn't have a ton of milk, just a little. Then the morning of the first day home (day 4) I woke up as Dolly Parton.
My big boy is bounding towards 4! Baby brother coming in October!
Mine started coming in while I was in the hospital. So, about the same time as with Mia.
I would think, however, that it might just be that he's a different kind of eater. And possibly your body adjusted to him faster than your boys? Micah was a different eater than Mia (ate ever 3-4 hours and from one side versus every 2 hours and from both sides). I felt like my milk supply was different, but after pumping I realized that I had a lot of milk it was just that my body had adjusted differently to a different baby. It wasn't due to the c-section at all.
I started as a vaginal delivery and ended an emergency c-section. I never really had any milk. I was able to get a total of 2 oz and that was it. I think day 5 was the day I was "ripe", but by day 6 it was like someone let all the water out of my balloon. That all said, My breast had gotten larger while pregnant, I just never was able to create much of anything other than that one day. I thought I was good, when I saw some leakage in my bra, but that was for one day only. I"m hoping if we are able to get pg again, that will all be different.

No vaginal birth here, but my milk came in at 2 days (enough that my OB was seriously impressed when she saw my 3 ounce bottle) but I didn't get truly engorged until about 7 days. I sort of attribute that to 2 days in the NICU.
