Other than the obvious adorable hugs and kisses he gives my belly, I'd have to say that my favorite part is that he unties my shoes when I ask. So nice after we get back from an outing and I'm exhausted and having a hard time reaching my feet.
I love having a toddler (he's almost three so he's an older toddler) while pregnant because I love to hear him talk about his brother. He gives my belly kisses goodnight, talks about taking his brother to go see Thomas the Train this summer, says that his brother can use his bottles, etc. It's so cute! This morning we were both eating pancakes and I finished mine first and he said "mom, where's your pancakes?" and I said "I ate them all, I was hungry!" and he said "do you want mine?"...I just melted. He wasn't done with his but was willing to give them up for m,e I think he's going to be a great big brother- hopefully! We'll see once #2 gets here and #1 sees how different things are going to be!
I love the hugs and kisses my belly gets too! DS new thing is that he will bring the baby things, like last night he brought "Issy" (sissy) his truck. I melted.
He also keeps me in fits of laughter all day long, he does some of the funniest things lately, and I have needed that this last week.

I love it when my toddler points to HER belly and says "baby". She also loves to give my belly kisses. My preschooler loves to hold her hand on my belly forever trying to feel the baby. Of course when her hand is there, the baby rarely kicks. The one time she did kick, the look on her face was priceless!! She also likes to give me foot rubs...they are short, but I'll take what I can get . She keep asking if the baby is coming tomorrow or next week. The best thing she has done though is tell everyone that the baby's name is Lily. Ummm...even though we do have that on our short list, we haven't even decided that it will be her name.
Yes I love that he will lay his head on my belly and ask if the baby is kicking. If he accidentally hits my stomach he will grab it and say sorry with a kiss. So sweet it is nice bc he didn't even notice I was pregnant with my first.

I love that he's started being nicer to other babies since he has one on the way. It cracks me up when he tells me to kiss the baby in his belly. It melts my heart when he tells me that he loves his baby sister. The way he says her name is precious.

I love the belly hugs and kisses. So sweet! I also love to see how proud she is - already! - to be a big sister.
I was getting her ready for bed the other night and she said, "When Baby August is here, we'll wear pull ups together!"
