Hi,

Did anyone get round ligament pain before the second trimester?

I'm getting sharp pains in my lower abdomen whenever I stand up out of my chair. Everything I'm reading says it's round ligament pain, but according to the websites, it isn't supposed to start until the second tri. I guess I'm close enough that it could be, but I was just curious.

Yes, I definitely had rlp later in the first tri. Isn't it fun? haha

No, I just remember cramping. I go my first experience with RLP around 15 wks I think...

I started getting round ligament pain near the 12 week mark. Due to my size, my doctor said it was normal...

Yes, but I think it was only when I was straining or sneezed or something.

Definitely. It may just have been because this is my second pregnancy, but I spend a lot of time trying to catch myself when i stand up - i think that started right around 8 weeks or so.
