How much is your preemie eating?

I am going out of my mind, sinice a month ago, LO changed completely, to be more precise, since his vax... He stopped eating as well as he used to and he was diagnosed reflux, and he eats less and less each day, he can go on 6 hrs sleeping without eating and I was wondering, maybe its a preemie thing? I dont know what to do, if I try to feed him more than 3 ounces he will spit up, and he does constantly, he eats from 2oz to 4 oz... Please please let me know how much your preemie is eating, maybe he is just fine that will give me  a peace of mind...

He is 13 weeks old btw.

    My boys are 6 weeks and they eat 2.5-3 ounces every 3 hours but I don't let them sleep through their scheduled feeding time at this point. Has he been weighed recently? Does he have lots of wet diapers?

    Ditto sail - how is his weight, and is he producing a normal amount of wet an dirty diapers? I would start from there and then talk to your pediatrician.

    No, I change his diaper every 3 hrs, and it is not as wet as it used to be, and also, he doesn't poop that much. I am taking him in the evening to the GI Pedi Specialist

    I would ask your dr. My girls are 4 months old a week from Saturday 1 month adjusted roughly. Sophia eats between 80-120 a feeding every 3 hours and Ella is still on 45 mL every 3 per dr's orders. It sucks there isnt a set preemie guide. Even with having same age preemies they are SOOOO different!

    My LO is 8 weeks old and she eats 70ccs (just over 2oz) every 3-4 hours.  Since she's been sleeping well we're going to let her sleep as long as she wants to at night.

    My peanut doesn't eat that much.  at most 80cc, but usually more like 50-65cc.  He takes a total of around 13-15 ounces a day.  We're working on it!

    Thank you ladies for answering. I went to the GI Pediatrician specialist and he assured me that taking from 2 - 4 oz every 3-4hrs, is just fine... He did however, change the medicine for reflux, and its been 2 days, he seems better. Eating a bit more. I am a worrier, he gained only 100gr in 15 days, I hope he starts eating more...

    He told me that I was not considering the fact that I have a preemie...
