If you have a travel bed for your toddler which one do you use? We're planning a 2 week trip in June and will be using the PNP for DD so we need another option for DS. He's still in his crib so I'm not sure just letting him sleep in a bed will be a good idea. Also where can I find a good toddler/crib pillow? I've looked everywhere and they all seem really big or too thick. Thanks!
Re: Travel bed and toddler pillow ?s
We have the kids Aerobed for DD and she does really well with it (though she's been in a toddler bed since she was 16 months). It comes with a fleece sheet and has raised sides. It's worked well for us in hotels and at friends houses when visiting. She also uses a travel pillow from Bed Bath and Beyond which is small - I like it because you can buy pillow cases for it.

DD wasn't into sleeping in a travel bed until she was already sleeping in a bed at home. Until then, she just slept in the bed with us on vacation.
As for pillows, when she was still in the crib, we used a special pillow I bought in France that I am really surprised doesn't seem to exist here. It is the width of the mattress and tucks into the sides of the crib so that it doesn't move around at night. After about 2 years, though, DD was just using a regular pillow.
I still haven't figured out how to do a clicky....anyone want to tell me?
We just got this bed because the pnp is being taken over by the baby. We haven't used it on a trip yet...but her played on it in the living room for a bit to try it out. I think it is going to be great. He is in a toddler bed though...not sure how it would work if he was still in a crib.
