Headache help poll (clicky)

I didn't sleep well last night and I feel like a dead weight at work, plus I have a growing headache. I'm not afraid of medicine or caffeine, but I'm wondering which would serve me better. WWYD?

I love Excedrin tension headache if it's a bad one. And before people go all nuts because it's Excedrin, READ the label. It says aspirin-free in bold letters and it's only acetaminophen (Tylenol) and a small amount of caffiene.

sorry, have mentioned it before and gotten alarmist responses. I drink full caff coffee. I don't function with out it. I'd probably do Tylenol & coffee. I put SS since I wanted to put the aspirin-free excedrin rec out there.

I wish I had some! I only have the migraine formula at my desk, so I'm taking the tylenol and eating. If I still feel out of it, then it's coffee time! Smile

My pg headaches are the worst, so I would definately be doing both. I don't take any chances because when they get bad I can barely see.

I normally love Excedrin tension headache too. However, when I asked my dr about taking this during pregnancy I was told not to due to some of the other things in it to make it that formula. If you are going to take this, I would double check with your dr first to make sure it's ok.

I have headache problems with pregnancy, my neurologist told me to do tylenol & caffine, something about the caffine helping the tylenol reach its source faster.

I have been getting horrible headaches on a daily basis. My OB/GYN told me to drink caffeine, take tylenol and put ice on either the back of my head or my temples. You want to shrink the capillaries. She also told me to nap every day, but I do not think my boss would like that too much!
