With no fever they will. But it's your call. If you don't want YO have them you can wait And just come back next week for a quick nurse appt for the shots. I never do shots if they are sick.
Our doc would do them and I would go ahead and let them. Just to get it over with. I would just dose her with Ibprofen first and plan on spending the rest of the day pushing fluids and meds and resting. I dont worry about reactions at all though.
I just don't like their immune systems to do double duty. I don't have any science to say that's bad. It's just my gut feeling. Neither of mine has ever had any reactions until Ben at his four year shots. The dtap made his whole arm swell up and turn red and hot!! So I think I'll be even more gun-shy now.

IMO, you should never do vaccines if your child is sick at all. Their immune system is already shot and the chances of a reaction goes way up.
