Is it bad that I'm thinking about drinking wine and it isn't even 8am yet?
Hope everyone has a great day/weekend!  Any big plans?
None here.  Although I do have to find something to where to my sister's baby shower next weekend.  Ugh.  Time to search the closet.

    No big plans here - DH is finally off Sunday after working for 17 days straight. So we will do something. cleaning and laundry. how exciting!

    we're taking it easy this w/e. Last w/e was crazy hectic and I need a break. And tomorrow we're supposed to get 10-20mm of rain. That's 1-2cm. So almost an inch of rain. That's a heck of a lot of water

    Thank god I "work from home" on Fridays.

    Today and tomorrow I'll be frantically cleaning the house and prepping for a week without DH.

    Not bad at all...I have the same thought just about every morning during the week. 

    We are doing a little stay-cation for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and staying at a posh hotel downtown.  Love love love it...live entertainment, sleeping in, relaxing, and shopping all weekend.  I might even let myself have one drink either tonight or tomorrow night...FET Tues so I have laid off the booze, one won't hurt right? ;)

    This weekend we'll be going to a few of the lower key parades. We have friends coming in Sunday for Mardi Gras which is next Tuesday. Should be a fun weekend.

    I've got a packed wknd... mom in town visiting, memorial service on saturday, dinner sat night, hosting a brunch on sunday...I think I'll spend the remainder of the day making a "honey do" list.

    I need ideas for brunch... stay tuned for a new post.

    Clean the house

    I think that's it for the most part, but the house thing is a big one.
