Just because you are a man does not mean that I will automatically bow down to you or do anything you say. I have been here for 4 years. You have been here for 1. I know more about this company and my job than you ever will. Stop trying to tell me how to do it. I didn't get 3 promotions in my 4 years here because I don't know how to do my job.

Ohhh... maternity leave. 2 weeks. 2 weeks. 2 weeks. The only fear I have is that my back up won't stand up for herself like I do and this Dbag will get used to doing whatever he wants.

ETA: This is the same guy that told me he wouldn't "allow" his wife go back to work after she had a baby. That she needed to be home to raise the child.
