Worst period EVER...

So I was unsuccessful for the first month of TTC and for some reason AF is here (a week late) with a vengeance. Is there something about TTC that has done this? ..... yeah maybe that is a stupid question, but really! I have headaches and really intense back pain, pretty heavy bleeding and cramps like I have never experienced before. I am an emotional disaster to boot. A friend of mine experienced something similar when she started TTC, but she had just gone off BCP at that time... I have been off them for over a year.

Anyone else experience changes like this when they started TTC?  I am absolutely miserable.

    I'm having a pretty bad one too! But I hope it's just becuase I just got off BCP and that maybe I'm being a wimp. I kinnda got use to not having one and it was nice! I sure hope this wont be the norm now that we are TTC. I hope your week gets better! And I hope that your DH understands! Sometimes when I get all emotional mine thinks it's his fault and can't figure out that it has nothing to do with him!

    Thanks so much! I am feeling much better now, and my DH is such a sweetie he ran out and bought me a bottle of wine and my favorite chocolate (cadbury mini eggs). I am so lucky.

    It has been such a strange week. My back pain is completely gone as are my headaches and it seems as though AF is just about done.... which is earlier than normal too.

    I am glad to hear I am not the only one, and I hope for both of us this doesn't turn into the norm!
