I love cilantro lime rice! I make it with basmati rice.

Not bad with brown rice. I think I'll try Basmati rice next time. I had made a sauce for my fish tacos (sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice with chopped onion) and ended up mixing that in with my rice. Loved it.
