HIGHLY recommend My Brest Friend

I got a Boppy passed along to me and I thought it would be fine for nursing - wrong.  It doesn't stay put, and it's hard enough to learn how to BF without LO sliding around, falling into the hole, etc.  Not to mention that you have to pick up the baby and THEN try to get the pillow in place.

So I ordered the My Brest Friend from diapers.com since they have free 1-day shipping. It is amazing.  It straps on and stays put so you can put it on before picking the baby up and then just sit right down.  It then keeps the baby in place and has bump on each side to raise her head to the right level.  I can easily hold her with one hand and use the other on my breast so I can focus on nursing and not her position.  If you are planning to BF, I highly recommend it!

    awesome! Just got the My Brest Friend Twin, cant wait to try it when my babies come! So far its great for sitting up in bed and reading :) good luck! :)

    I'm ordering the twin version this weekend. I had a Boppy with our son and it worked well enough but I need something new this time anyway so decided to give the My Brest Friend a shot. A friend is going to give us her Boppy so we'll have two that way if I need to pump, I can lay them each into one and tandem feed them that way.

    Mchupie recommended this, and I have it on my BRU registry. I had a boppy given to me, so I have that as a back-up.

    I also highly recommend it, it worked much better for me than my boppy for breastfeeding because it stays in place.

    Thank you for the tip! I was seriously wondering if it was worth the extra money over the boppy so I'm glad you posted. Anything else you learn, please let us know :-)

    I was a Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago and they were selling My Brest Friend for $12 in all different patterns.  Good Luck!

    I've thought about getting one of these!  The boppy annoyed me a little bit in the beginning but I think that was also just me finding out what would make me comfortable while I nursed.  I still have my boppy from DD so I will probably just use that but I am tempted to get something that will help me hold LO and walk around while I nurse (because yes, with #1 I did EVERYTHING while nursing lol).

    I'm glad to hear that you like it.  I got the twin version at my shower and am very hopeful that it will help me be able to tandem feed.  My friends got a big kick out of the name when I opened it up though:)  They also wanted a demonstration.
