Introducing Anna's new car seat!!! :)

It's the Graco Smart Seat. It's AIO: infant seat, convertible, booster. It's fairly new to the market. The awesome woman with the safe kids coalition got me in touch with an officer at Rutgers who is a car seat safety expert, and with Anna's issues, she recommended either this one, or the sunshine radian. AND she wants us to drive up to Rutgers (about 1/2 hour) tomorrow when DH gets home from work so she can make sure it's installed safely for us.

One of DH's coworkers brought an old graco seat for us today, so we could transport her from the house to BRU to find her a perma-seat. When I say this seat is old, it has seen them through 3 kids and you could feed a litter of puppies from the crap under the cover. But you know what? We temporarily stuffed her into it, and got to BRU where we found this seat and took it right off the shelf. We put her in it and she laughed. SOLD. Another bonus feature is that it has bases...so we can install bases into all of the cars (mine, his and my mother) and just move the seat - just like the infant seat.

I don't know how I missed this last night...but awesome news!!! I am so happy for you and Anna! And yes, who would have thought we could all be excited about a carseat, but honestly, that's fantastic!
