Peg Perego Carseat Question

Does anyone else have the Peg Perego Viaggio carseat?

 How do I get the shade or "hood" part to stay up? I can't get it to stay up when I am out and about and the sun is bright.

    We do. You have to pull the shade/hood forward until it snaps into place. There will be some resistence. Keep pulling until it snaps. You won't break it! (I totally worried about breaking the hood at first.)
