WFD???

I can't stop thinking about food today! I started out this morning with WFB? Lol.

 

I'm making Mexican Cornbread Casserole

ground beef with diced tomatoes and rotel with a layer of cornbread on top.

    You got calcium covered for sure! =) Balance is the key, right? LOL. It took everything I had NOT to go get chocolate covered raisins from the bulk bins at the grocery store...... OH and two chocolate chip cookies helped out too =)

    I'm such an impulsive person these past few days. I mean, seriously, we have a ton of food in the house and every night I have insisted on getting burritos from Qdoba and eating brownies afterward. lol. This has been a very bad week for food.

    - The plan was to eat subway with my sister and stop for chocolate covered raisins on the way back to the office. The subway I went to won some award for being the best in the state last year, and they had a fresh batch of cookies. Usually I am just not interested in their cookies but these were AWESOME. It's amazing how good they are when they aren't...... three weeks old!

    I was too full at this point to justify the raisins...... but NOW it's almost 4:30 here and I think I'll get some on the way home.... you know.....for an after dinner snack! LOL

  • Taco salad for us tonight. It was DH's request and it's easy peasy. I made banana nut bread earlier today so that'll be dessert. With a scoop of ice cream?? :)

    Love fresh subway cookies! And I suppose this story justifies not getting the raisins in the first place. haha. After dinner snacks are where it's at, btw.

    Also... just heard someone say "Thai food" on a tv show I was watching and told my husband that I'd cook him dinner and then go get some Thai food for me. lol. I'm a horrible person, really.

    It's 10:00 and I finally decided what to eat! Just made myself a ham, sharp cheddar, and arugula panini on sourdough bread, apples with peanut butter (which I must say, isn't as peanut-y as I'd like), and a vanilla yogurt topped with cubed mango and crasins.

    What is Stuffed Mac n Cheese?

     

    Basically, elbow noodles, broccoli, 3 different shredded cheeses, cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, mushrooms, and you bake it. I can give you the recipe if you want. I kinda tweaked it and add chicken or beef for some more flavor its really good!

    That sounds awesome! But you don't like stuff the noodles or something, though, right? haha.
