- The plan was to eat subway with my sister and stop for chocolate covered raisins on the way back to the office. The subway I went to won some award for being the best in the state last year, and they had a fresh batch of cookies. Usually I am just not interested in their cookies but these were AWESOME. It's amazing how good they are when they aren't...... three weeks old!
I was too full at this point to justify the raisins...... but NOW it's almost 4:30 here and I think I'll get some on the way home.... you know.....for an after dinner snack! LOL
Taco salad for us tonight. It was DH's request and it's easy peasy. I made banana nut bread earlier today so that'll be dessert. With a scoop of ice cream??

Also... just heard someone say "Thai food" on a tv show I was watching and told my husband that I'd cook him dinner and then go get some Thai food for me. lol. I'm a horrible person, really.
I have no idea...I'm on my own for dinner tonight, so there's no pressure. Maybe black beans and rice.
It's 10:00 and I finally decided what to eat! Just made myself a ham, sharp cheddar, and arugula panini on sourdough bread, apples with peanut butter (which I must say, isn't as peanut-y as I'd like), and a vanilla yogurt topped with cubed mango and crasins.
Basically, elbow noodles, broccoli, 3 different shredded cheeses, cottage cheese, cream cheese, onion, mushrooms, and you bake it. I can give you the recipe if you want. I kinda tweaked it and add chicken or beef for some more flavor its really good!
That sounds awesome! But you don't like stuff the noodles or something, though, right? haha.
