just wondering in case i throw up. i took it an hour ago, with lunch, so hopefully im good. i guess im gonna have to start taking these things right before bed, when im less nauseous.

I also take mine before bed and haven't had any nausea at night, unless I wake up really hungry. I have always taken my vitamins at night though.

Play around with what time you take them at, and see if you can cut them half (not all pills can be). When I was pregnant with DS the only way I could keep my prenatals down was cutting them in half and taking them at two different points in the day. Also, ask your dr for samples and see if a different brand is easier on your tummy.

I take mine right before I got to bed, but before I take them I'll have a little snack. Like a yogurt or a bowl of cereal. I heard it helps. But they never made me feel nauseas.
