It's time

It's time for me to have a night out with DH. I'm going insane being in this house 98% of the time and I miss having time just with my DH. I'm starting to resent him a little because he can sleep all night and he can eat what he wants and he gets to leave the house every day to go to work (although he'd love to be a SAHD)... we need it. Plus, I need to get dressed up and look pretty, instead of being stuck in spit-up covered sweats all day.

I started pumping today and I'm aiming for sometime next week for our night out. Even if we just go out for half an hour, I'll be happy. 

It's time for some adult time.

    I had a girlfriend ask me to go get a pedicure and lunch with her this weekend, that sounds amazing.  I think I am going to go, I am nervous about leaving DS at home, but my DH, mom, and dad will be here this weekend, so hopefully between the three of them they can handle it and I won't have a breakdown leaving for an hour or two!

    I need a date with my DH too. it'd be nice to talk to him without having to talk over the cries of a baby.

    My mom and I go for mani's every friday which has been a blessing. I take MJ with us and the ladies ohh and ahh over him while I'm pampered.  And mom said she'd watch him one night so that H and I can take advantage of the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, really nice places offer a special of 3 course dinner for 28pp around her area.
