Hello weigh in ladies!

How did you do this week?

Spring, warm weather and all the skimp clothing that comes with it is just around the corner. Do you have a clothing goal this (or next) year? Is there a pair of pants that you want to get back into? Is your goal to feel fabulous (or at least human :P) in a bathing suit?

  • I am down .6 this week. On the one hand I am pleased to be down. On the other, I am bummed because yesterday morning I was down considerably more than .6 but my dinner must have been too salty because this morning I was swollen and retaining water. Blah.

    I have a pair of camouflage capris I haven't been in in 3 years that I would love to get on this spring. Not sure if it will happen this spring but definitely by the fall.

  • By some miracle of science or mother nature, I had a big week: -2.6lbs!! That is my biggest loss so far, even including the first week on the plan.  I had been having a lot of half pound weeks so I am really happy.

    I have a lot of spring/summer work clothes that I would like to get into.  I've decided to put more effort into my clothes and now that I'm starting to not hate the way most things look on me, it's getting easier.  I'm kind of in between pants sizes but hopefully that will end soon.

  • I stayed the same this week and I'm OK with that.  There's been cupcakes and dinners out.  Thankfully my running has kept me from gaining.  I'll be back on the wagon Monday fo sho.

    QOTW: I don't have a specific clothing goal, I just don't want to be fat anymore, and look good in general.

  • Still the same here.  I'm ok with that, but still 4 lbs. away from my pre-pregnancy weight.  I've been eating really bad though.  I still have that sugar tooth I can't seem to shake.  As much as I dread going back to work, I eat so much better so hopefully in another month I'll see some results.

    No real outfit or clothing goals for me...but I do have a wedding this weekend and as long as I don't look like two pigs wrestling under satin sheets, I'll be ok with that Stick out tongue

  • I'm down 2 lbs. This week for a total of 16.2!My younger sister is getting married in November and I want to look good in my bridesmaid gown. I think if I lose another eight or so, I will feel pretty confident in it.

  • Moesten (and all of you)-- did you know that 2 TB of apple cider vinegar a day can really help with water retention? It's pretty nasty, but if you mix it into a salad dressing or just chug it down with lots of water and stevia (sweetener) that makes it a little easier. Try drinking it before bed...especially if you know you ate a lot of salt dueling the day.

  • As of Sunday (my weigh in day) I was down another 2. I'm sure I've picked that back up this week :/ It's been super stressful around here and I'm a horrible stress eater. I need to get myself and the kids into some sort of routine , I'm sure that would help me some. 

    We are going to the beach in August and I would really like to look half way decent in a bathing suit. I am still 50 pounds from my goal weight, but would like to lose 25-30 before the beach. I need to get my arse in gear.

  • I lost 4 pounds this week! My biggest loss since the first week. I'm now 4 pounds from my pre pregnancy/goal weight. I'm going to take my goal weight down another 4 pounds though, as some clothes still don't fit. I want to look good in shorts and swimming suits this summer.

  • Down 1.2 this week.  Finally losing again.

    I don't really have any specific clothes I want to fit into.... although I do have a little black (slut) dress from when I was 21 (many moons ago) that I would love to wear for my DH one of these days, but that is quite a ways away.  I'll be happy if the clothes from last summer are too big & I need to get some new smaller ones.
