So Evan is eating table foods okay (it is hit or miss) but I keep giving him the same things to take to school. He doesn't do well with purees but I send some of those too. And the variety of purees he will eat is even more sparse than the table foods.
Any suggestions on meals?
Here is a sample of what I give him:
Breakfast:
7oz bottle, Blueberry pancake, and either yogurt or apples and blueberry puree
Lunch:
7oz bottle, Sweet potato puree, and chicken and cheese
Snack:
7oz bottle, banana, and toast
Dinner:
8oz bottle, I try to give him a little of what we are having, but he usually doesn't want it. He doesn't eat much for dinner. He may eat peaches and some cottage cheese.
He isn't big on meat or veggies. He tends to let meat just sit in his mouth, but he will put it in.
I can't keep giving this to his every day. I try to mix it up but am in a rut and with gettign everything ready to go to daycare I don't get very creative. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Re: Menu suggestions
I send pretty much the same stuff to daycare every day. Cooper's a good eater but the days I've sent something different (like leftovers) he wouldn't eat it.
He has cheerios, milk and yogurt for breakfast (sometimes fruit too).
The lunch staples are fruit, chicken or ham, cheese, and crackers of some variety all bite size. He still only has 6 teeth and won't really take bites out of something (like a sandwich). Sometimes I send peas or beans of some variety or little pastas with butter or sauce, I also send PB on toast (cut in little pieces) but check w/ your daycare about peanut rules.
I know on the toddler board and on the working moms board a lot of people recommend weelicious.com for toddler recipes but I seldom have time or energy to cook things just for Cooper to take to school.
For snacks I buy some of this company's products, Cooper loves the squeezable fruit things. I also send some other brand of toddler's cereal bars, because they can stay in his cubby in case I don't pack a snack. The fruit mash ups are great to carry in my bag as an "emergency" snack because he eats it by himself and doesn't make a mess.
Tofu (take out of package, cut into cubes and serve), beans, quesadillas (either cold or kept warm in a thermos), hummus and pita.
You might try sandwiches. For my kids, they only way they would eat a sandwich at first is if I cut it up into sticks, so it's 4 or 5 little sandwich sticks.
I send lots of fruit, 2-3 servings. Sliced strawberries, blueberries, quartered grapes, mango, apple sauce, mandarin oranges in fruit juice, mixed fruit cups in fruit juice (these have gotten a lot easier to find lately and DS LOVES them)
I would still send a veggie for lunch - peas, green beans, broccoli, mixed veg. If other kids eat veggies he might do it too, you never know. Besides it's more fun when you get to pick it up and feed yourself.
Great suggestions!
Suzi - I just bought a few fruit mash ups yesterday and sent one today. I hope he likes it. Seemed like a good idea.
Jen - Evan's best buddy at daycare is a really good eater, so maybe Evan will eat things there that he won't at home. I will give the things you listed a try.
Thanks again for the advice.
