How long do you think it will take to thaw a homemade frozen lasagna? And what temp./time to take to cook it?
MIL brought this over to us a few months ago and it needs to be eaten. I have a goal to not do grocery shopping for at least one week.

I have no idea about the thawing time, but I wouldn't
re-freeze it. That just sounds like weird noodle texture
waiting to happen

Lower the oven temp 25 degrees and add 30-45 minuites bake time. Check it and add more time if needed, depending of thickness. Once cooked, it can be refrozen fine, because the noodles have changed properties
Enjoy!
I always let mine thaw a bit overnight in the refrigerator. I then add as much time to the cooking time as necessary.
I never re-freeze frozen food unless whatever it is started out frozen raw, like chicken breasts I bought in bulk and froze, then later thawed and cooked.
