Water Aerobics

I am really interested in adding Water Aerobics to my exercise routine as I get further along. I live in Manassas. Does anyone know of places that have Prenatal Water Aerobics or just a regular Water Aerobics class available in the area? Preferably at a descent price (I know wishful thinking but I can hope!!).  I work so it would have to be available in the evening or weekends.

    I don't live near you but my local YMCA has 2 prenatal water aerobics classes a week as well as other regular water aerobics classes. So, you may want to check the Y in your area to see if they offer classes. You'd probably have to buy a membership but I know that at my Y, the memberships go month to month so you can cancel later if you want.

    I've gone to one M/W evenings but it would be a haul for you (Leesburg).

     Did you check PW Parks and Rec ?

    I have check PW Parks and Rec - they've got a class but it's an additional $50 BEYOND the regular membership fees :P Freedom Aquatic Center has water aerobics but none specifically prenatal.

    I actually work in Leesburg however the later I go home the longer it seems to take!!

    Yeah the class at Ida Lee is at 6:30 PM.
