NBR: Would it be wrong...

Would it be wrong to buy a house just because you loved the wine room and bar in the basement???  We have been looking at houses lately, and a house we liked has this amazing picture of a wine room.  Not crazy, right?!  Hehe.

    Sounds like a perfectly good reason to buy a house to me.....although I may be a bit of a wine lover:)

    It would only be wrong if you bought that divine house and didn't have a bump GTG in your wine room. Wink

    We want to move to a different school district.  That is the main reason.  I am also pushing to move back to Ohio, since I am not a Kentucky girl at heart.  I would also like to be closer to my parents.  We see them very often and the drive up north is long from where we are.

    We are looking in the Loveland/Blue Ash/Symmes/Sycamore areas.  This house was in Loveland and was off 275.  So not too far!
