I'm D3L1 of the Shred, I do my workouts in the afternoon.... So, 2 workouts down and all I can say is OOOOOOWWWWW! I think even my bellybutton is sore!
When does all this soreness go away?

Morning! It does get better but then again that could because I took a break. I ran a mile on the treadmil last night. I never ran a whole mile but I did it, minus a minor stop cause someone knocked on my door..I thought I was gonna pass out when I was done.
I am really having a hard time getting back into the 30 DS, I hurt my shoulder so lifting the weights is extremely painful even though they are only 3lbs.
I am offically down 8 pounds today, though so even though I have not shredded for a few days I am still dropping weight which makes me so happy & motivated

OP: Haha. The soreness will go away but think of it as a good thing. You are obviously working something.
Today was my C25K run day. I'm nearing the end so the runs are getting longer but I'm still able to keep up and haven't stopped short.
