This is an Advanced TTTC group those who have been trying 3+ years and/or have multiple failed IUI?s /IVFs, etc. I just ask that everyone please use good judgment when asking to join...in other words, if you are still in the IUI stage or have been on this journey less than two years, this is probably not the group for you.
There is no doubt that this whole TTTC process is painful, but I also do believe that there is a very special kind of support that this specific group can offer to each other, and it is intended as a "safe haven" for those of us who are in that bottom 1% of the bottom 1%.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN
IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
Lap 7/21/10
IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!
James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!

Been sort of MIA the last few weeks (sorry girls!)... work has been crazy, but I just finished BCP on Sunday. AF arrived yesterday, in for baseline monitoring this morning and will hopefully (fingers crossed) will start stims for IVF #4.2 this evening.
Congrats to all the BFP's, hugs to all the BFN's and PPV's to all those cycling right now.
Ways to decompress -- spend time with my friends/family, relax at home doing nothing but sitting on the couch (this rarely occurs), or read a book.

QOTD: Vacations definitely help, but I can't take them as often as I get stressed or I would be on one long vacation! Reading books and watching mindless TV helps too! Getting together with family also helps!
Update: I'm 3dpER. I should be getting a call this afternoon telling me what time to come in for my ET on Saturday. I should also get an update on my embies and see how many made it to be biopsied today. I'm really nervous.

Update: My left ovary FINALLY decided to come out and join the party at follie check #2 yesterday. Also had a total of 6 measurable follies, up 3 from Monday and I go for follie check #3 tomorrow morning.

Update: I'm remarkably calm today. Who knows? In my heart of hearts though, I think its a BFFN, so I'm prepared when the call comes in. I have absolutely zero symptoms (and I know that doesn't mean anything) but after 2 years of cycles and never getting a BFP, you just start to expect it will always be bad news.
QOTD - Shopping!!!! Definitely Shopping! I'm actually worried about how much money I may spend this weekend trying to cheer myself up.

3.15 SIS, mock transfer, repeat AMH, and IVF class
end of month laproscopy and coculture biopsy
Then based on all the diagnostics, mostly the lap, we'll put together a protocol, either EPP or MDLF. Stims start May.
It's not as soon as I'd like, but I'm really glad to go through with this IVF with everything scrutinized. To be honest, I'm freaked out going 4 months between IVFs at my age, but I also know it's the best step for us.

Update: I have my first u/s tomorrow morning at 9am. On my birthday. It's either going to be the best or worst birthday ever. I'm very nervous. Hoping for good news! (side note: I'm not sure when I should stop posting here. I'm thinking after this u/s. I don't want to be annoying with updates.)

Update: Follie check one yesterday went good e2 was 72 and 3 possible follies growing my lining was at 5. I go back again on Monday and hopefully I will have my iui no later than Thursday/Friday of next week.
