How much does/did your LO eat at 3 weeks? I think Ty is going through a growth spurt. He used to eat every 3-4 hours about 2.5 oz and sleep 405 hours at night. Now it is 3 ounces every 2 hours round the clock, I was BFing, supplementing with formula, then pumping, but it got to be too much so now I put him on me (he uses me as a pacifier that gives him just a bit of milk) and mostly FFing.

We BF and FF and and I think that Isaac is going through a growth spurt too. He was constantly eating from 6-9. I thought his stomach would explode.

Usually he eats roughly 3 oz every 2-3 hours but tonight he breastfed for one hour, was still hungry so I gave him 2 oz of formula and then he breastfed for another hour.

He kind of did the same thing last night as well but not to this extent and earlier today it seemed like almost every hour he was hungry again.

At three weeks, Xander was eating 3 oz every three hours.

At about 4-5 weeks, he went to 4oz every 4 hours. And for two feeds today, he ate about 5.5 oz 5 hours apart.

There is usually a three week and six week growth spurt. I can't tell that we hit one really but I can definetly see a size difference since he came home. He has hit 8lbs for sure... up from 5lbs 6oz when he came home.
