Just did Day 1 Level 1 of 30 DS, yesterday...and I am feeling it! Looking forward to my workout this afternoon! I already feel a little different and motivated!
Anyone still out there sweating with Jillian? Please check in and help keep the motivation up!

I am having a hard time getting back into 30DS..I was on day 5 level 1.
I need to get back into it but I was getting so frustrated that I was not able to do more then 4 pushup & some of the moves seem to be getting more difficult instead of easier. I have noticed a change with my body as I am down 7 pounds!!
Today was another day doing 6w6p. I have 4 times left before I move up to level 2. I may move up earlier as I am getting bored but we'll see how it goes these next few times.
