Baby steps

So I decided to go out with J today and it went fine. First we went to Brookside Gardens and did a quick walk. I would have walked longer but we didn't get going until later than I had hoped (J took a great nap and I finally finished sewing his crib skirt and hung his wall letters). Also, it was coer than I thought and I forgot his diaper bag so i knew we had limited time. After our walk, which he seemed to like, we stopped by Magruders to pick up some food for dinner. I normally shop at Giant but I thought I could make a quicker getaway at Magruders! He started to cry at the checkout and wailed on the drive home, but we made it. He was wide awake the whole time, but didn't fuss until the end.
